Do you provide same-day services?
We aim to provide a quote within 2 days of the enquiry but lead times on jobs may vary depending upon busy periods and weather conditions.
What cleaning solutions and protection do you use?
We are Smartseal approved technicians so all our products have been thoroughly tested and are British Standard approved. Smartseal have a range of cleaning and protective sealants available for any surface. If you're not sure what you require then message or call us and we can help.
Do you comply with COVID-19 & Social Distancing?
The majority of our work is done outside and all we need is access to an outdoor tap meaning we need little or no close contact with our customers.
How and when do I pay?
Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Depending on the size of the job and the cost of materials you maybe asked to make a small deposit to secure your booking but in 90% of jobs we don't ask for a penny until the work is complete and our customers are satisfied.
